Alright, as promised, now that I've reached 200 watchers, I will be giving away one free fleece pony plush to one lucky watcher.
The rules are really simple:
-All you have to do to enter is watch me.
-Please only watch me with one account. I want to keep this fair. (No plz accounts will be eligible for the plush.)
-The drawing will be on Sunday, 5/13/12. I'm going to draw the winner at 8:00 PM CST (My time)
-The winner cannot take apart the plush for the pattern or sell the plush. It's a gift, and I'd rather not regret it.
-The winner will be contacted when I draw their name through a note on DA. They will have 5 days to respond with the pony they want and their address. After 5 days, if they do not respond, I will draw another name, so please, keep an eye on your inboxes.
About the plush:
It will be made with my basic pony pattern. I don't know the exact height because fleece stretches a little differently than minky, but it should stand at least 15 inches tall.
The winner can choose any mane 6 pony. The pony will be made of fleece, and have embroidered details. It will not come with any accessories. (The exception to this is Applejack, she will come with a felt hat.)
I'll pay for materials and shipping for within the continental US. If the winner lives outside the US, they will have to pay for shipping.
Please spread word about this giveaway! People can still enter until I draw the winner, and I'd like as many people as possible to have a chance at this free pony plush, especially since I know so many people want them and cannot afford them.

I have the worst luck with Computers
My computer has once again died.
This is a problem mostly because all my patterns, all my embroidery files, all the new pattern parts I was working on, are all on there.
I am working on finding out if they will be able to be recovered from my hard drive but in the meantime, I'm working with what few paper copies of things I have.
Commissions should be opening once that is all settled. I will be taking commissions one at a time. I will not be taking on multiples because I don't know what this semester will be like for me, but if I keep my stress levels down with one pony at a time I think I can manage.
On that note, I cannot stress enough:
Help! Stitch Era is being a pain.
So I have been trying to save an embroidery file of some pretty basic text for the last hour. I can save it as a .dsg just fine but when I want to export it into a different file format, I can't even click the export button? It's very frustrating. This has never happened before except when I've accidentally left some objects selected, which is not the case this time. I've already tried closing and reopening the program, to no avail. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
Upcoming Webcomic! And other things.
For several weeks now, JonathanWDavis (https://www.deviantart.com/jonathanwdavis) and I have been working toward the creation of a new webcomic. It's called "The Other" and we still have a ways to go, but I'm pretty happy with how things are going. I'm helping with the story and the dialogue, and Jon, who is a fantastic watercolor artist, is doing the illustration. He's got some of the panels up on his deviantart here and here and I would love it if you would go and check it (and the rest of his gallery) out! Please, please, please! Any feedback on the characters is welcome, and hopefully soon we'll have a completed page up. When we do, I will be letting everyone know!
